My rock was formed before
Lincoln, Washington, Columbus,
Jesus, Moses, and the dinosaurs

It may have witnessed
The creation of the world,
And the universe

It is unique
No other object in the entire world
Has the exact shape, size, and weight
As my rock

My rock,
I think I’ll keep it.
